For more than 20 years, Susanne’s passion has been anything and everything visual: photo, art and film. Following a photography apprenticeship, she established the Art Buying departmernt of former Ad Agency, Menzel Nolte.  From 1997 to 1999, she worked as a freelance Art Buyer for different agencies before joining Jung von Matt where she rose from Senior Art Buyer to Managing Director.

In 2015, Susanne came on board with thjnk agency group as Chief Curation Officer. Together with the Head of Film, she founded and grew the Content Unit called thjnk macro working for clients like IKEA and REWE on various content projects utilizing both stills and moving images. During the course of her creative career, Susanne has won several national and international awards for her work including a Golden Cannes Lion and has been a jury member of several renowned award shows like Lead Awards, Berlin Fashion Film Festival, GoSeeAWARDS.

Additionally, Susanne is co-founder of the initiative WTSPRNG that aims at finding and connecting the next generation of amazing photographers with established ad agencies. Moving forward, Susanne will be available working as a freelance Art Producer for photo and moving picture content.
