The campaign motifs of the new VW Taigo, on display currently everywhere in cities throughout Germany, were photographed by Uwe Düttmann. The executive agency was DDB Berlin with CD Sebastian Störmer and AD Felix Pannach. Head of Art Buying was Valerie Opitz, with post production/retouching by TREY from Hamburg.

The VW Taigo is an SUV coupé in Volkswagen’s compact car segment based on the MQB-A0 platform (modular transverse toolkit) and the VW T-Cross. It was first launched on the Brazilian market, followed by the rest of South America at the beginning of 2021, and then with a slightly reduced wheelbase in Europe in September that same year.

Gimme some color and make it pop! For the world premier of the brand-new sixth POLO generation, GoSee Member DAVID MAURER makes the air vibrate in colorful worlds of orange and blue for VW. The agency was DDB Voltage with Executive Creative Director Christof Deutscher, Art Directors Heitor Buchalla and Nina Martinelli, as well as art buying by Valerie Opitz. Trey Digital Studio took care of post production.

DDB founded the agency Voltage Worldwide, headquartered in Berlin, in 2019 for renowned major client Volkswagen. The agency consists meanwhile of fourteen offices worldwide with more than 460 employees. In 2020, around 50 models were manufactured all over the world under the Volkswagen brand. About – David Maurer. Born in the mid-seventies and after assisting various photographers in the field of people and transportation photography, he explored the world, working on cruise ships for eight months, traveling to the north polar region, to Antarctica and to South America. Upon returning, he continued to work as an assistant and started working on worldwide shoots, briefly interluded by a ten-month trip on his own to Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Asia. In 2008, David established his own business as a transportation, people, architecture, and landscape photographer. Since then, he has been commissioned by a continuously growing number of clients.
