FILME VON DRAUSSEN : ‘Up is better than down’ : the cinema spot for BÄCHLI MOUNTAIN SPORTS presents big emotions in powder snow and ignites our passion for hitting the slopes

The temperatures are sinking, and the higher summits are already covered by the white splendor. It won’t be long until the first ski tours are taken. The outdoor video and photo production company Filme von Draussen from Zurich dramatized the beauty of ski tours, freeriding and snow shoe hiking in the new campaign for Bächli Mountain Sports, the retail specialist for mountain sports in Switzerland.

“Embracing the campaign claim ‘Up is better than down’, Zurich-based video and photo production company Filme von Draussen staged big emotions – the kind you experience in thin air and on powder snow. At the heart of the campaign is a cinema spot within the context of the new James Bond film.

It is supported by flight videos across online platforms. To address fans of various sports – for instance ski tourers, freeriders and snow shoe hikers – in social media with targeted measures, there are also a range of videos for the specific target groups,” the agency tells GoSee.

Responsible at Bächli Mountain Sports is Jan Maurer (Head of Marketing), Gernot Böttinger (Digital Marketing) and at Filme von Draussen : CD Tom Malecha and Stefan Dux (camera). Find out more and get a winter check list for ski fans via BÄCHLI MOUNTAIN SPORTS.

No asphalt in sight : FILME VON DRAUSSEN stages a trail running production for BÄCHLI Bergsport

Where asphalt ends is where adventure begins : As part of the summer campaign for Swiss retail specialist BÄCHLI BERGSPORT, Filme von Draussen realized a trail running production. The goal was to capture the dynamic of running, against the backdrop of the Alpine foothills of Berne, but also the joy and exertion it entails. Photos were shot by Tom Malecha, and responsible for the accompanying video production was Stefan Dux.

BÄCHLI BERGSPORT is the largest specialist for mountaineering and outdoor equipment in Switzerland – with everything you need for your high-altitude tours, for climbing, hiking, ski tours, via ferrata, snow shoes, exhibitions…

Due to a lack of alternative shopping options, avid mountaineers Heinz and Margrit Bächli founded the company Bächli Bergsport in 1974. Because mountaineering always brought enormous risks with it at the time, only few actively pursued the sport. But a lot has changed since then, and the family company Bächli Bergsport has helped to shape the development of mountaineering in Switzerland. It is now in the second generation, with children Felix and Monika Bächli. GoSee : baechli-bergsport.ch
