Still-life photographer Thomas Balzer c/o HAUSER FOTOGRAFEN captured the new wines of Weingut5, which he co-manages with Andreas Hansel. The steep slopes of the Rheingau, above Ehrenfels Castle, require extensive manual labor. The winery follows biodynamic practices, where quality always takes precedence over quantity.
