The difference between the Ufo-Däner and the conventional kebab bag is the bread: it is not open and so nothing can fall out. At least until you have taken your first bite. Instead, a special grill ensures that the kebab is sealed with a kind of bread coating during production. The end product then somehow looks like you would imagine a UFO to look.
