The Manager of Brand and Marketing Creative Production plays a pivotal role in ensuring that marketing and branding efforts are not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned with business goals. This role requires a combination of creative expertise, leadership talent, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles to drive success in the organization's marketing initiatives.


Plan, coordinate, and execute creative projects, including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, digital content, and more
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the brand guidelines and messaging
Collaborate with brand managers to evolve and enhance brand identity as needed
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as Brand-ID, CI, brochures, videos, social media content, and website materials
Ensure that content aligns with the marketing strategy and resonates with the target audience
Provide creative direction to the graphic team, guiding the development of visuals, messaging, and design concepts
Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets quality standards and brand guidelines
Collaborate with external creative agencies, freelancers, or production companies when necessary
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
Monitor fashion- and footwear-industry related creative trends and competitor activities to stay updated and competitive
Create and manage budgets for creative projects, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency


A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or graphic design, advertising, -communications, or a related field.
Several years of experience of working in an agency or in marketing, branding, or creative production, with a track record of successfully managing creative projects.
Experience in the Fashion and/or Shoe Industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of branding principles, marketing strategies, and creative production processes.
Proficiency in project management software and creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Photoshop, Coreldraw or similar.
Experience with marketing productions, shootings. Photography and videography knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Well organized, with the ability to apply data to drive decisions.
