The STEPPER Eyewear company was founded in 1970 by Hans Stepper in Germany. Hans Stepper's father was already an optician with a small shop in Stuttgart. For over 50 years, STEPPER EYEWEAR has been producing a large selection of timeless eyewear designs for men and women that are known for their perfect fit.

STEPPER Deutschland GmbH - run by founder's daughter Saskia Stepper and Wolfgang Thelen - was founded on January 1, 2020 and sells the STEPPER and STEPPERS eyewear collections in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
