Klaus MELLENTHIN c/o AVENGER PHOTOGRAPHERS presents portraits for Konstanzer Stadtwerke. In the SWK vehicle hall, a studio was set up in order to photograph regardless of the weather. For the photos of the ferries and the beautiful city, the team went out on the lake separately – Lake Constance that is. Stadtwerke Konstanz GmbH is a company owned by the City of Constance and one of the largest energy & water supply and transportation companies on the lake. Its core business also includes passenger transportation on the city bus service as well as the Constance-Meersburg ferry service.

A further area of business is telecommunication: Stadtwerke is a complete provider on the market and offers its all-round services on site. With its 100 percent subsidiaries, Bodensee-Schiffsbetriebe GmbH and BGK-Bädergesellschaft Konstanz mbH, it is also among the largest tourism providers in the region. Further subsidiaries include Bodensee-Hafen-Gesellschaft mbH (BHG) (100%), which owns and markets several ports and properties on Lake Constance, as well as Katamaran-Reederei Bodensee GmbH & Co. KG (50%). GoSee : &

The campaign ‘Only With You’ is an initiative for the sustainable integration of professional nurses in Germany. It’s about care. Not at home, but in hospitals and care facilities. We all know: There is a lack of professional personnel in Germany. Help comes from professionals who immigrate to the EU, particularly to Germany. Getting people to come to our country is only a first step. The key to success is integration. Not only in the sense of a friendly welcome, but beyond that – truly sustainable integration.

A central coordinator is Becon GmbH : “As an owner-run company, we recruit, qualify and integrate nurses from non-member countries. We’re bridging the gap between young professionals from countries such as Kosovo and Albania on one hand and German hospitals and nursing homes on the other.” The project is co-financed with aid from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
