It runs numerous assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care services in Hesse, Lower Saxony, and Rhineland-Palatinate, among other regions. In June 2026, the magazine ZEIT published a special issue on the theme of "Cuisine," for which Hamburg-based photographer Daniel Feistenauer visually showcased the world-famous Parisian cooking school Le Cordon Bleu.

Château le Payral is an organic and biodynamic winery in the Bergerac region of southwestern France. The estate has been run by Thierry and Isabelle Daulhiac, the fifth generation of the family to do so, since 1992.
