This extensive project was created in collaboration with the advertising agency Scholz & Friends.
The production – both photo and video – took place in sunny Spain under strict secrecy. The focus was on Mazda's striking new all-electric coupe-SUV in its distinctive Nightfall Violet paint finish. Peak Productions was the lead producer, with local support from the production company Falca.
In close cooperation with creatives André Huber (CD), Sven Klasen, and Tilo Richter, all from Scholz & Friends, BAM developed a visual world that exudes warmth, elegance, and a high-quality, cinematic flair, while remaining true to Mazda's emotional design philosophy.

TIM ADORF photographs global MINI Cooper campaign for Jung von Matt Switzerland
'Three Stories. One Dreamer.' - For MINI, Jung von Matt Switzerland developed its first global product campaign as lead creative agency. The campaign was photographed by Tim Adorf, who staged the different MINI Cooper models within a cinematic visual world.
Shot and photographed over six days in Madrid (production: Hochkantfilm), the campaign was created in parallel with the TVC productions directed by Klaus Kneist. Together with DoP Denis Guth, Tim captured the stills for online, social and OOH usage.
At the center of the campaign is a car washer dreaming himself behind the wheel of the...
"Bangkok felt like the right place to shoot the Volvo EX30. The city has this raw, dense streets, tangled cables, concrete with skyscrapers rising above the disorder. Placing a fully electric car in that environment immediately created an interesting contrast I wanted to explore visually.
This project came together under tighter conditions than expected. A series of unexpected events cut our shooting time short, so most of the images were captured quickly, reacting to the city as it unfolded around us rather than controlling it. In the end, that urgency became part of the story.
To push the contrast further, the two talents were styled in full black and full white like graphic elements moving through the frame against the textures of Bangkok. What interested me most wasn’t showing the car in a polished or futuristic setting, but placing it somewhere alive, imperfect and...

"As everything speeds up, I decided to slow down." - Matthew Jones, Transportation Photographer.
Here we present his TRD Heritage Parts Catalog – a personal project by Matthew Jones, shot entirely in-camera on 120mm film, without any subsequent digital manipulation or special effects in post-production.
"I was driven by the desire to reconnect with photography as a craft. A return to the images that first drew me into automotive photography nearly 20 years ago. Shot across a studio, a track in northern Alabama, and my own carport, every frame was built as practically as possible—removing elements, reworking angles, and even setting the car in motion while stationary to capture what would otherwise be impossible in-camera," we quote Matthew Jones.
The Atlanta- and Los Angeles-based automotive photographer created this series as an homage to the tuning culture of the late 1990s and early...
