"A few years ago, I was given period panties from TFC, which I tried out despite my skepticism. I was completely surprised by how comfortable I felt. All my worries about hygiene, smell, and comfort were taken away. When I first contacted Ann-Sophie from TFC, it was clear to me that I wanted to work with this brand. The Female Company's concept is quite simple: The startup delivers organic tampons made in Spain via mail order using a subscription model. Their organic cotton is grown without chemicals or pesticides under high social and environmental standards. The tampon size mix can be individually selected – the packaging is designed by various artists.
Cheeky sayings like "Are you doing well?" are intended to break this taboo. For every subscription completed, another woman in refugee shelters is provided with sanitary products.
