Sophie Keegan’s philosophy is to create finest quality jewelry that will last a lifetime and can be passed down as an heirloom. All jewelry is handmade in a fourth-generation workshop in Germany using centuries-old manufacturing techniques. As a trained goldsmith, Sophie oversees each step : Each piece is made in 18-carat gold to last a lifetime – a beautiful message in today’s world of mass production.

On the website of the Hamburg resident, we read : “Born in London, raised in Sydney, Sophie traveled extensively as a child, inheriting a love of art, architecture and design. After studying fine art in London and training as a goldsmith at Design College Enmore in Sydney, Sophie received a diploma in Gemmology at the GAA before moving to Paris. She started her fine jewelry career at Chaumet, one of Place Vendôme’s most prestigious maisons, under the wing of Beatrice de Plinval. During her career in Paris, Sophie designed a chain link for the iconic luxury Maison Hermès.
In 2016, she launched her eponymous label, creating sophisticated jewelry with extraordinary traditional craftsmanship. Sophie’s signature designs are as elegantly understated as the jeweler herself. Her diamond-set monogram initials have gained a cult following, and her bobble rings combine playful movement with an impeccable finish.”
