Blond Bakery – the new organic bakery in the heart of the Ruhr region. “This is the new generation of the traditional baking trade. It’s not just a claim, it’s a mission.” the makers tell us.
Natural ingredients, optimized processes and a small familiar team. Sometimes less is more, which also goes for their bread selection : “Our assortment of bread is made up of five breads at the moment – freshly prepared for you every day. The long fermenting duration of up to 48 hours ensures that the breads remain fresh longer and are easily digestible. Every now and then, we surprise you with our Organic Special.”
