Aktion Mensch is a registered social organization in Germany which was formed on the initiative of German Television broadcaster ZDF in 1964 and is financed from lottery proceeds. With its successful social lottery, its funding and education, it supports inclusion, or the equal opportunity for everyone to be an active part of society. 4.6 million people regularly participate in the social lottery by Aktion Mensch which supports up to 1000 projects for people with disabilities, children and adolescents every month. It is the largest social lottery in Germany.
