To stage the lightweight characteristics of the new ASICS Gel Quantum 180 VII sneakers, JVG c/o ANALOG DIGITAL was booked to create colorful key visuals and videos: “JVG’s latest project drop is for Asics – pun alert – and its new Gel Quantum 180 VII sneakers. Commissioned by Rap. Dept, JVG decided to throw this cool product from an airplane with its group of shapely friends and wait to see them fall gracefully – don’t panic, it was filmed safely and under 3D controlled conditions. The result is a series of colorful key visuals and videos that highlight the lightweight features of the product, taking its performance… to new heights.”

For the introduction of the new GEL-QUANTUM 180™ VII sneakers, ASICS combined a futuristic design with the advanced cushioning of the Sctuoid GEL™ technology. The sneakers are inspired by the performance-driven aesthetics of the GEL-QUANTUM 360™ series and feature a revised cushioning system to improve underfoot comfort during everyday scenarios.

Founded by J. Vallejo, JVG™ is a Madrid-based art direction and production studio focused on creative 3D/CGI. Their colorful and striking animations as well as lightning-quick production times are an especially good fit for digital content. Making bold and concept-based images is their beloved duty!
