“Our kitchen is based near Amsterdam, and we love to make your fresh hummus and mezze products. Everything you can find in our oval cups is always vegetarian and most of the time even vegan :),” Roberto & Richie tell us.
The history of the family company MAZA began in 1976. Founder Hans Oberegger met Dutch native Carin while doing winter sports in Austria. He went to Amsterdam with her where he worked in a restaurant as a chef. All the while, he dreamed of going into business for himself. Hans started out making his own salads in 1976, and in 2000, he took over the company Maza together with his two sons Richie and Roberto.
