Everyone talks about storytelling. But how do you tell a story with a single image? For our latest WESTWING brand campaign, we decided to focus on simplicity – the beauty of each product and the special details. We let the products tell their own story and bring them to life with unexpected twists and playful turns. For which moving content is always front and center. Created in combination with emotive sound design is a dynamic experience with a lasting impact. Because storytelling is much more than what we can see – it’s what we hear, feel, and remember,” says Jesse Becker, Head of Art & Concept @ Westwing – ‘Europe’s No. 1 in Beautiful Living Ecommerce.’

We wanted to find out why brand marketing will be so crucial in the years to come and asked the creative.

With more than 20 years of experience in the creative industry, Creative Director Jesse Becker takes an integrated approach to strategic and visual transformation. As head of art and concept at Westwing, he specializes in creative direction, strategy and brand development – driving both brand awareness and shaping the future of online interior shopping.

Before joining WESTWING, Jesse worked as a freelance creative director and creative consultant for ZALANDO, among others. He was also creative director of the fashion brand CLOSED for several years. With his office, he works for renowned brands such as ARMEDANGELS, Alape, Birkenstock, and C&A.

Jesse Becker is not only an expert in the creation of stunning visual content but also in establishing and fostering lasting connections between brands and their target groups demonstrating the transformative power of design in the ever-evolving landscape of ecommerce.
