“Could be expensive. Doesn’t want to.” Ole WESTERMANN photographed the stills campaign for ROSSMANN’s private label ISANA to support the TV commercial. In the spot, David+Martin address clichés in beauty and luxury advertising with an exceptionally elegant approach, culminating in a surprising twist at the end. Posing for the camera was the beautiful Dutch model Jeske van der Pal.
Rossmann is one of the largest drugstore chains in Europe. Founded in 1972 by Dirk Roßmann, the company generated a turnover of €12.2 billion in 2022 and operates 2,263 stores in Germany with approximately 38,300 employees. Across Europe, there are 4,360 Rossmann stores with a staff of around 56,500. In addition to Germany, the chain is active in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Albania, Denmark, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, and Spain, with alleged plans for expansion into Switzerland and the Canary Islands in 2024.
