Paris by night for fashion client MINT VELVET … produced by JPPS CREATIVE PRODUCTIONS
Easy shapes, beautiful prints and flattering fits, all with thoughtful finishing touches …. MINT VELVET is a British women’s clothing brand with boutiques throughout the UK and Ireland as well as concessions in John Lewis, House of Fraser and Fenwick. Based in Paris, the production company JPPS produced the fashion shoot presented here for the British fashion label in Paris.
“The spread was given the title ‘LE NOIR’ by the creative team, and it was shot in the streets of Paris with Dutch model Lieke van Houten from Storm Models, London.” JPPS, Paris.
Co-founders (and besties) Liz, Lisa and Jane, came up with the idea for Mint Velvet in 2009, over cups of fresh mint tea at Liz’s kitchen table. After years of not finding what they wanted to wear, they had outgrown fast fashion and wanted luxurious, effortless pieces they could just slip on, with a laid-back nod to the latest trends : the concept of ‘relaxed glamour’ was born.
