GoSee loves... ‘DREAMS’ by Andrés Reisinger - an immersive exhibition on the fluidity of space and thought at Moco Museum Amsterdam

An invitation to delve into a world where imaginative landscapes, physical installations, and digital art intersect; we expand on the investigation of dreams by creating a new hybrid reality where our dream state crosses over with the tangible world,” says Andrés Reisinger.
Andrés Reisinger is among the most sought-after visual artists and designers of the 21st Century – carving out a distinctive niche of his own by occupying and defining the space within the contemporary art landscape – at the dynamic intersection of the digital and the physical. Originally from Argentina and now residing in Spain, with two studios in Madrid and Barcelona, Reisinger acts as a conduit between worlds, infusing his artwork with a strikingly recognizable aesthetic and a clear artistic vision.
With his latest installation, visual artist and designer Andrés Reisinger transforms Moco Museum Amsterdam into a mesmerizing interactive environment where materiality and immateriality, reality and imagination, and the organic and the constructed seamlessly converge.
The digital and immersive exhibition at Moco Museum Amsterdam features highlights such as a physical installation titled ‘Take Over Elastic’ alongside a piece of digital video artwork titled ‘How I write my stories’. Both works explore the fluidity of space and thought, collectively embodying the unpredictable and ever-evolving nature of creation and form.
Andrés Reisinger: “Four artistic interventions frame this conversation. ‘A Dream’ adopts a surrealist approach to reflect the inner psyche and unfiltered creativity, offering new perspectives and, at times, moments of revelation. ‘How I write my stories’ explores the origins of my creativity and reflects the hidden processes behind my work. ‘Take Over Elastic’ fills the exhibition space with monumental pink structures that combine biomorphic shapes and vibrant textiles; it encourages interaction and movement throughout the space while influencing the surroundings and emphasizing fluidity and flexibility. ‘Fly’ brings together some of my preferred and most recurring symbols. As always, pink is the unifying element – it not only defines the visual landscape but also evokes a sense of warmth.
