Sales and restoration out of tradition – the HK Engineering 2024 calendar – photographed by SACHA TASSILO HÖCHSTETTER
HK Engineering is worldwide one of the top addresses for the restoration of the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing (W 198). The owner has built a small production village near Munich over the course of many years with the various areas for its exclusive vehicle production.
The latest HK Engineering calendar was photographed by SACHA TASSILO HOECHSTETTER. For this project, Sacha was also responsible for creative direction.
HK ENGINEERING customers indeed come from all corners of the globe to have their precious cars – that each cost around € 2 million – restored and repaired here. HK-ENGINEERING is in fact the only company worldwide to be exclusively dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing.
A total of 13 motifs were the result – i.e., one for each month and a cover portrait of Johannes Kleissl, owner and founder of this wonderful car restoration workshop.
The photographer was supported for the project by Munich-based stylist Julia Sattler and the two models Lotta M. and Francesca Fiore.
