The creative chef behind the book, Andre Schneider, has dedicated a large part of his career to researching cooking with cannabis and is the co-author of Hanf Magazine, which is published in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. The word ‘high’ in the title of the book refers to the psychedelic effect for which cannabis is known. Depending on the recipe, Andre chooses the type of cannabis that improves the culinary experience in a calming or relaxing way.
