In his usual nature-loving way, Blasius ERLINGER c/o HILLE PHOTOGRAPHERS photographed the PERUVIAN CONNECTION Spring/Summer 2020 campaign. This time, the trip took him to the island of Corsica, a mountainous Mediterranean pearl with a blend of elegant coastal towns, mysterious dense forests and craggy peaks. Since 1768, Corsica has already belonged to France – but still persistently preserves its characteristic Italian culture. Hair & make-up by Dawn Jacobson, production by Freds&Co and digital support from DIGIROX Berlin.
Peruvian Connection launches five collections each year with select, artistically knit articles of clothing, which are sold through quarter-annual catalogues, online and in Peruvian Connections stores in the US and the UK. The concept : artistic original designs made of the finest native fibre from the Andes. The collections are created by a group of designers, and each piece celebrates ethnically inspired textiles from all over the world, crafted by artisans in the Andes, whose time-honored textile tradition is still practiced as an art form.
