‘Here and There – discovering the power of emotional release through physical movement’ … Director Maria BARTON c/o BIRGIT STÖVER ARTISTS presents us the young dancer Marcelina Liebner in her new video, who communicates an impressive range of emotions through movement, i.e., dance. The video was filmed on the streets of Berlin.

“Losing it on the streets of Berlin💣! ” Marcelina Liebner comments on the events – because sometimes all it takes is a short, perhaps completely random, encounter with a total stranger to rid us of a composure culturally imposed upon us. An interplay of self-perception and how we are perceived by others, captured by Director Maria Barton. 

Berlin resident Marcelina Liebner was born in Poland in 1996 and graduated from the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in Munich, to which she had been admitted upon receiving a scholarship from the director.
