The new campaign for the exclusive fragrance CREED AVENTUS FOR HER was realized by fashion photographer and director Kevin MacKintosh under the creative direction of Victoria Gaiger in Cape Town. BAKER & CO with producer Scott Baker supported production and present the visually stunning result on GoSee. The sensual fragrance Aventus for Her is an homage not only to female visionaries of the 19th century, but also to the modern woman and her joie de vivre.
“We were asked to shoot a film and stills to celebrate this iconic fragrance and the original designs of Henry Creed, reimagined by design duo Cunnington and Sanderson,” says Kevin MacKintosh c/o Serlin Associates. Also part of the team were set designer Daryl McGregor, make-up artist Renee De Wit, hairstylist Mary Gouveia, stylist Louw Kotze, model Julianna Veenis, and DOP Nick Burton Moore.
Olivier Henry Creed is running the company with a more than 250-year family tradition today in the sixth generation. Production of the fragrances is very complex as each individual Creed perfume is manufactured by hand according to traditional methods – created using only natural and high-quality raw materials. Inspiration for the campaign comes directly from CREED FRAGRANCES : “The inspiration behind our latest Aventus For Her campaign : Daring pioneers, bold, yet unapologetically feminine – the powerful women that The House of Creed has served throughout its 260-year history are a truly extraordinary inspiration. Bottling the spirit of this remarkable clientele, Aventus for Her – the feminine counterpart to the legendary men’s fragrance, Aventus – celebrates the vision, passion and strength of women, both throughout history and in our day and age...”
