SEVERIN WENDELER now represents thrilling Director Sami JOENSUU from Sweden. “We are so excited to welcome our new director Sami Joensuu on board! He has worked with several clients and agencies worldwide, including Volvo, Volkswagen, Continental Tires, Nokia, OnePlus, Finnair, IKEA, Oracle, Subway, Forsman & Bodenfors, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB, Isobar, Grey, and McCann. In the area of music, he has already worked with most of the major labels, from Sony Music to Universal or even Warner.” Let’s roll!

Sami on his work : “I’ve been very lucky to be able to spend hours upon hours directing, working with, photographing and touring with artists/athletes ranging from Katy Perry and Grammy Award winner Erykah Badu to Jerry Only from The Misfits, and from EDM superstars The Chainsmokers to Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, just to name a few. I only mention that because I know what working with artists/athletes at home, or especially in the middle of a tour or training season, requires. Things move fast and sometimes pressures are high. It’s all part of the process. On the other hand, my experience in advertising, both as a film and creative director, has taught me that an actor or character on film shouldn’t trample the heart of the brand, but the two should complement each other in a way that feels natural and ends up making both stronger. Working at the intersection where those two worlds meet is a place where I feel very much at home.”
