TANYA TEIBTNER is now represented by 2AGENTEN. She studied Visual Communication in Berlin and has worked as a freelance illustrator since 2019. “Her illustrations are characterized by her rich but subtle color palette, symbolic details and nostalgic atmospheres. They are drawn using an analogue technique with Indian ink and colored digitally,” the agency tells us about her style.
What Tanya loves about illustration? “It’s a medium capable of communicating information without using words and an internationally understood language. The beauty of illustration is the clarity with which complexity can be communicated.” Illustrator Henning Wagenbreth has been an important inspiration for her along the way.
