The Marmite magazine was founded in June 1959 as the association organ of the Swiss Club of Cooking Men SCKM and the Marmite Brotherhood and was initially published as a large-format newspaper every two months. As the country's oldest gourmet magazine, marmite has played a key role in shaping food culture in Switzerland and has documented it for decades.
Tina Sturzenegger came to photography via a detour in 2009 and is now a multi-award-winning, internationally acclaimed portrait and food photographer. The Zug-based photographer has recently received a wildcard for Switzerland's most prestigious photo exhibition, "PhotoSchweiz 2025" : her pictures will be on display for five days in the Zurich Congress Center.
