#samesamebutdifferent Jens NEUMANN, based in Berlin, is now represented by MONDAY IN MAY as a solo artist. We present you his people spread ‘Lauras Garten’.
For fifteen years, he has been part of the photographer duo Neumann und Rodtmann. “During this long period of time, we have cooperated on several beautiful projects with numerous wonderful people for which we are extremely grateful. Now, we would like to work solo again as photographers and are looking forward to it.”
After working extensively in storytelling for magazines while capturing travel, portrait, editorial and celebrity photographs, he is now focusing his entire in-depth experience on his rich and unique advertising work. Operating in a close-knit photographic environment with a wide range of regular creative collaborators, Jens shoots commissioned work and personal photographic projects in Berlin and beyond.
He is curious about people and characters and constantly searching for emotion in personalities, situations and light. His easy and unpretentious approach to people underlines to his authentic and vivid aesthetic. If you cannot find Jens in Berlin, he is most likely enjoying the countryside, experimenting with sounds or at least putting together the song list for the next shoot.
