Photographer Anke LUCKMANN had the chance to work on the production of a great project. She portrayed Barcelona’s creative society: from designers and artists to car enthusiasts and musicians… an extensive project on which Anke collaborated with journalist Manuel Garriga and IMAGE NATION.
One of the subjects she snapped was Albert Adrià, who opened the ‘Tickets Bar’ in Barcelona in 2011 together with his brother Ferran Adria, as well as an adjacent cocktail bar called ‘41 °’.
She also portrayed Spanish fashion designer Custo Dalmau, who spent his youth in Barcelona, where he studied architecture. He founded the Custo Barcelona company with his brother David, which is now a world-famous brand.
Mayte Martin is a Spanish flamenco and bolero singer and composer. She is one of the most important flamenco singers of her generation and dedicates part of her career to the Spanish-American bolero genre.
Javier Mariscal, is a Spanish designer and illustrator who is known internationally for product and industrial design as well as the corporate design for the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona and the corporate identity for the EXPO 2000 in Hannover.
Catalan author Jordi Punti lives in Barcelona with his wife, fellow writer Stefanie Kremser. His publications include ‘Lost Luggage’.
Jürgen Müller is one of the ten founding member of the legendary unique theatre group ‘La Fura dels Baus’.
Also part of the team are: Rene Lönngren, founder of Le Cool, Judith Colell, Spanish director, Marta Marti, designer from Barcelona, musician Xavi Molero, racing driver Manuel Juancosa Obiol, car collector Jaume Sanchez, Angel Lahoz, jewellery designer Enric Majoral and marketing specialist Fernando Rodés.
The commissioning and supervising agency was köckritzdörrich GmbH with CD Lutz Suendermann, AD Markus Brandstetter and planner Christian Westenhoefer.
GoSee member IMAGE NATION supervised the production in person with Jeronimo Hummelsheim, while GoSee member SUBLIME oversaw the post-production.
