FELIX EISENMEIER presents his personal work on the topic of DriveNow x BMW i3 on GoSee. GoSee asked the Cologne-based photographer about the background, the underlying idea for the shoot. Felix answered: "A couple of ideas moved me to produce this series of pictures: car sharing, e-mobility, environmentally friendly thinking, modern transportation and a sense of design. It was clear for me where to find it: the BMW i3 in the DriveNow outfit. We shot twice - with the black and white i3 and with the all black version."
The city of Cologne – a metropolis in the Rhineland – has always been a DriveNow-Area. DriveNow is a car sharing offer by carmaker BMW. The project began in Munich on 9 June, 2011, as a joint venture of the BMW Group and car rental company Sixt SE. On 9 March, 2018, DriveNow became a fully owned subsidiary of the BMW Group.
