Jeff Ludes photographs a Vintage Toyota on the coast of Oregon
"You can find anything on eBay! I found a vintage 80s Patagonia jacket, perfect for this project with a 1985 Toyota FJ60. Together with a local surfer, we made the drive from Portland to the coast, shooting all along the way. Amazingly, we were greeted with clear skies – very welcome when you're up at sunrise to surf or to shoot." Oregon is a North American coastal city in the Pacific Northwest, above California, and known for its diverse landscapes with forests, mountains, picturesque farms, and beaches. After a false start shooting skateboarding, Jeff sought professional help and enrolled at Art Center College of Design in California. He graduated in 2002, and joined Fox a few months later. Following advice to "shoot what you love," he was surprised to find a provocative challenge in automotive photography- to make a product beautiful, in an image that creates an emotional connection.
