UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL! YOUNG TALENTS by BOSCHTOBANRAP - new artists and the vision behind the mentorship program
BOSCHTOBANRAP is excited to introduce YOUNG TALENTS – a one-year development program that supports emerging artists with creative potential. This initiative helps refine skills, build industry connections, and ease the transition into the professional world. Participants gain creative and business expertise, expand their network, and receive hands-on guidance from BoschToBanrap, the BOB Academy, and leading industry experts. Tobias Bosch answers a few questions for us here at GoSee and introduces the first Young Talents: Marcel Frommer, Eno De Wit & Thanh Nguyen.
How did you come up with the idea to support emerging talent, and what exactly does your support for young photographers look like? Tobias: Over the past few years, we’ve observed that artists have different needs depending on where they are in their careers. To address this, we developed a program that focuses more specifically on the development of Young Talents and their first steps toward visibility in the market.
Can one apply to join your program, or how do you select the Young Talents? Tobias: We are always open to inquiries from exciting artists. If a portfolio impresses us, we then have a personal conversation to determine if the collaboration in the program is a good fit for the artist.
What’s the difference between a photographer you represent and a Young Talent? Tobias: The focus and the services offered are different. For the exclusive photographers, the emphasis is on artist management for client projects and acquiring new clients. A balance between business and creativity is key. For the Young Talents program, the focus is more on development and professional advice on specialized topics.
