The H. J. Heinz Company in Pittsburgh, with Heinz ketchup as its best-known product, was an American producer of branded foods. On July 2, 2015, the company merged with the Kraft Foods Group to form The Kraft Heinz Company. The company valued the Heinz brand at $2.5 billion.
