Board the train relaxed in the evening, have a good night's sleep and wake up directly in the heart of a European metropolis at the most convenient time, without transfer and waiting times. That is the message of the new SBB campaign... On commission for the Bern-based advertising agency Contexta and under the creative direction of Thomas Kägi, Patrick SALONEN had the honor of editing the Europe-wide campaign entitled "Nightjet" for SBB, with motifs photographed by Pascal Gertschen.
“The point of view is a perfect and eye-catching technique to convey this pleasant feeling of being right where the action is,” says Reto Meissner, Head of Marketing & Communication at SBB, in the press release. “It is important for the company to not only advertise traveling to Europe's cities, but to also stage the unique benefit for the customer – of arriving directly at the heart of the city.” The motifs are already in use as posters at Swiss railway stations. Patrick Salonen is specialized in high-end post production and CGI. Find further projects by him here on GoSee and on his website.
