For 25 years, SMART has been known to challenge the status quo. And the brand continuously finds innovative solutions for the challenges posed by mobility before they become mainstream. Ever since the production of the first fortwo models in 1998, the driving force behind the brand has been the spirit of embracing the unconventional. An attitude that has now been captured on paper with the publication of a limited edition illustrated book entitled ‘ALWAYS UNCONVENTIONAL.’
DAVID BREUN had the pleasure of photographing his contribution to the coffee table book ‘ALWAYS UNCONVENTIONAL’. The book was launched at the IAA for the 25th anniversary of the brand. “The shoot took place in Stuttgart with a collective of artists from the Swabian capital as its protagonists. Ilian Khoury was the stylist, Ali Cuhadar did hair & makeup, and Mathis, he was AD & DJ. It was a lot of fun working with them, and they brought good energy to the set,” David tells GoSee.
