For Mercedes-Benz Global Training, transportation and people specialist Jonathan Schule shot an image pool at the Munich branch. Created in two production blocks were more than 80 motifs. Mercedes-Benz Global Training is the training service provider for all retail employees working for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
“The goal was to cover all fields of work and provide a comprehensive overview of all job profiles,” says Jonathan Schule, photographer. “Whether e-training or in a classroom: tailored training concepts foster and challenge trainees while providing them with practice-oriented expertise and ensuring maximum motivation. This is not only beneficial to the individual employee but also to the entire team – and ultimately our customers,” we learn from Mercedes-Benz.
Based in Stuttgart, Jonathan Schule photographs for clients such as Adelholzener, Audi, Continental, Deutsche Bahn, the German Ski Association, DHL, MasterCard, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Benz Vans, Nike, Nikon, and Porsche, among others.
Production took place in-house, with post production in the hands of Jenny Cremer.
