‘Land of the Dragons’ featuring the new HONDA CR-V Hybrid - Director PETER OTTO presents you the commercial version on GoSee.NEWS

Following the three-minute Director’s Cut, which we presented you two weeks ago in our GoSee FILM NEWS, this is now the official one-minute version of ‘Land of the Dragons’, which Director PETER OTTO and his crew filmed at the beginning of the year in Wales, the Land of the Red Dragon* – and which we just have to show you. *Wales’ official first use of the red dragon flag was probably during the battle of Bosworth Field in England, 1485, when Henry Tudor defeated Richard III. The Pembroke-born English King went on to reign over England for 24 years as Henry VII. Though the dragon faded in popularity somewhat and wasn’t featured on the Union Flag of 1606, in 1959 Queen Elizabeth declared that “only the Red Dragon on a green and white flag should be flown on government buildings in Wales.” Now, you see the Welsh dragon on badges, buttons, bumper stickers and painted on the faces of eager rugby fans at international matches. NEW : PETER OTTO, transportation photographer & director, London, presents you with ‘The Land of Dragons’ his new showreel featuring the new Honda CR-V Hybrid

NEW at GoSee is London resident PETER OTTO, photographer and director, specialized in transportation : “A long cold bleak winter lockdown; stasis! Time to think about new possibilities…
How about filming a car in the land of the dragons? How about zooming through mountains, and gliding on beaches, and finally reaching the ocean, seemingly at the end of the world?”

About a month or two later, the film crew was ready. Honda supplied the car, Wales the dragon locations, and drones provided a breathtaking dragon’s-eye-view over the immense Welsh landscape. Peter Otto directed and was the responsible DOP. Editing of the three-minute spot was also in his hands.

Peter Otto : “And the music – call it good fortune, or some cosmic contrivance, but this song just appeared!” It is the brand new single Ultraviolet from Polychrome, self-proclaimed “synthwave lovers and dream pop makers” and under contract with Hilo Lohi London.
