Raide Research is a young, innovative US-based performance outdoor brand specializing in high-end technical equipment and apparel for extreme mountain sports—specifically ski mountaineering and trail running.
Photographer Carolin Unrath shot the latest campaign for the American mountain sports brand’s new running belt. Jeff Johnson served as Art Director, while Brandan Camarda handled production.
The running belt was developed specifically for demanding trail runs and mountain excursions. The images were captured in the Chamonix area during the legendary Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB), one of the world’s most famous and largest mountain races.
The bounce-free LF 2L and UL 1L running belts are among the brand’s signature products. The UL 1L running belt is the even lighter, minimalist version, featuring a lower profile designed for shorter distances.
"We believe that the best gear isn’t dependent on any one variable, like being the lightest, but a combination of style, weight, durability, and functionality to address a certain need." – Kyle Siegel, Founder.
Raide Research was founded in 2023 by Kyle Siegel, a mechanical engineer with previous experience at SpaceX and The North Face. The brand’s smart philosophy combines aerodynamic and mechanical precision from the aerospace industry with a minimalist design approach ("Uphill Performance, Downhill Style") to address functional shortcomings in gear designed for extreme high-alpine conditions.

Thüringer Waldquell mineral water is sourced from a depth of nearly 100 meters and naturally filtered through the rock layers of the Thuringian Forest.
Jan Eric Euler photographed the campaign imagery on behalf of the Serviceplan Group. Christophe Enders served as the Art Director. To complement the still images, Jan Eric also produced a matching video snippet for each one in his role as DOP.
A bottle full of home—the exact coordinates of the shoot were published as part of the campaign; for instance, 50°40'24.0"N, 11°15'35.0"E leads you right into the heart of Thuringia’s magnificent forest landscape.
"Amidst moss, rocks, and lush green forest, the source itself becomes the stage for the four varieties: Classic, Medium, Soft, and Still." UPFRONT Photo & Film.
The German federal state of Thuringia—often referred to as the "Green Heart of Germany"—boasts vast, dense forests like the Thuringian Forest; these cover nearly a third of the state's total area and serve as a paradise for hikers and nature lovers alike.
The Thüringer Waldquell water brand is part of the Hassia Group, which is also well-known for the Bionade brand. With 10 locations, 1,602 dedicated employees, and over 20 regional and national premium brands, the Hassia Group ranks among Germany’s leading providers of non-alcoholic beverages.

German politician Elif Eralp ran as the lead candidate for the party Die Linke in the 2026 election for the Berlin House of Representatives. Born in Munich to a family of Turkish descent, she passed her first state law examination in 2007 and her second (with distinction) in 2009. She joined Die Linke in 2017, motivated by the AfD’s entry into the Bundestag.
Tian Stöhr created portraits of politicians Elif Eralp and Yurtsever Özdemir for the 2026 election campaign of the German party Die Linke.
Elif Eralp was, among other things, a co-founder of the nationwide migrant network LINKS*KANAX. Since November 2021, she has served in the Berlin House of Representatives, representing the district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. In 2024, she became deputy parliamentary group leader, and in May 2025, deputy state chair of the Berlin branch of Die Linke.
In October 2025, she was nominated as the lead candidate for the Berlin House of Representatives election scheduled for September 2026. Running a highly personalized campaign focused on rent policy and social justice, she led Die Linke to a historic victory—securing 25.7% of the party-list votes and emerging as the strongest political force in Berlin—thereby positioning herself as a top contender to become the Governing Mayor of Berlin.
She would be the first head of the Berlin city government from Die Linke since reunification in 1990. Furthermore, Elif Eralp would be the first person with a migrant background to hold the office of Governing Mayor of Berlin. At the federal level, she would be only the second member of Die Linke ever—following Bodo Ramelow in Thuringia—to lead a state government.
Die Linke is a democratic socialist political party in Germany, founded on June 16, 2007, through the merger of the East German-rooted PDS—the direct successor to the GDR’s ruling SED party—and the West German WASG. After a difficult period—including the breakaway of the Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW) in late 2023—Die Linke is staging a political comeback in 2026.
The visuals were created in collaboration with the agency ZOFF.
